About Longevity

Since ancient times, people have sought health and longevity, which is one of the dreams of mankind. In ancient China, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty (210 BC) ordered 500 people to cross the sea to the east in search of the elixir of life.

Taoist master Li Qingyun (1677-1933)

How to achieve longevity today?

We cannot achieve it from the outside. It comes from within ourselves. Each of us has the opportunity to live a full life, but how we will spend it depends on ourselves. Longevity and a quality life can be achieved through intensive training and especially in-depth practice.

Theory at the workshop

In the theoretical part, we will learn about the fundamental principles of Zhineng Qigong and Zhineng Qigong science, which represent the basis for understanding health, vitality and longevity. We will explore the theory of how our mind works and the theory of the three levels of matter, which explain the connection between body, mind and consciousness.

A special part will be dedicated to the presentation of an article by Professor Dr. Pang Ming (founder of Zhineng Qigong) about Hun Yuan Shen Shi – Innate Qi Field, its importance in personal transformation and its impact on health and quality of life.

We will also touch on the issue of longevity in the modern world, the impact of emotions on our health, and the importance of inner peace for a harmonious and fulfilled life.

Theoretical knowledge will help you to understand more deeply the experiences you will gain during the practice.

The theoretical part includes:

Theory of Yiyuanti (our pure consciousness)

Theory of the Three Levels of Matter

Presentation of Professor Pang Ming’s article: Hun Yuan Shen Shi (Innate Qi Field)

About longevity in the world

Emotions and health

Life and inner peace

Practical part:

Master Yuan will share with us methods that make the spine more flexible and fluid. We will strengthen the storehouse of the body’s Qi, which is stored in the kidneys and energy center, with the help of sound vibrations. By consciously guiding our attention, we will nurture the Qi within the body, thereby strengthening longevity.

Squats with a spinal wave

Conscious pelvic rotation

Using voice vibrations to strengthen the kidneys and energy centers

Opening and closing the Hunyuan shenshi energy center with Qi rotation

Empowerment at the workshop:

Opening the Mingmen acupuncture point and lumbar vertebrae

Strengthening the innate Qi field (Hun Yuan Shen Shi)

Strengthening the kidney Qi and kidney functions

Support in the treatment of chronic diseases

Improving kidney Qi and innate Qi field (key to longevity)

Strengthening the connection between the Hunyuan shenshi energy center and Yiyaunti.

An abundant field of innate Qi can greatly extend our lives. We can live much longer and better than is considered normal today!

When the field of innate Qi is abundant, it directly rises and nourishes the brain and our pure consciousness – Yiyuanti. With regular practice, we can achieve positive changes in both the body and the mind.

The workshop is ideal for anyone interested in starting or deepening the practice of Zhineng Qigong, regardless of whether you are new to Qigong or have been exploring it for a long time.

The multi-day workshop is intended for those who want to improve their overall health and well-being, and is also open to people with serious or chronic illnesses.
